PAYMENT
• Depending on the agreed amount you will need to pay either upfront or in instalments after the sketch has been sent.• All payments must be done in CAD / Canadian Dollars, unless stated otherwise.• Payment methods I accept are E-Transfer (for Canadians) and PayPal. I will sometimes accept ingame currency/cosmetics during certain occasions.
ㅤREFUNDS
• Full refunds are not available after the lineart has been completed. If I have not started the piece 3 months after payment has been made the client has the right to request a full refund.• I have the right to cancel and refund any order at any time.
ㅤRIGHTS
• Client has the right to ask for 3 major revisions during the sketching phase, and a reasonable amount of minor changes throughout the process.• I have the right to decline or cancel the commission if it makes me uncomfortable in any way.• You are not allowed to use any of my artwork for commercial use without additional fees, personal use is perfectly okay.• You do not hold the right to use my art in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.• You do not have the right to claim, edit, trace, modify, or alter the artwork in any way, shape or form outside of basic adjustments and resizing. ㅤEXTRA
• All artwork will be delivered via email or google drive.• I am not responsible for the loss of product once it has been delivered.• Clients must be 18 or older to order a NSFW commission, STRICTLY NO MINORS.• 2 files will be sent, one with watermarks and one without. If you wish to share or post the artwork online you must use the watermarked version unless an agreement has been made, this is to ensure the safety of my artwork and that no false claims can be made towards either party.
